ComRes conducted a three-year multi-market reputation study for the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFOA) to enable them to:
- Build profile among key stakeholders;
- Improve communications strategy;
- Meet expectations of stakeholders in terms of priorities, engagement and positioning.
Through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research among international members, policy-makers and commentators, ComRes provided key analysis of the challenges facing the IFOA.
This research has been used as the evidence base for implementing change in internal communications and media engagement, with ComRes presentations and reports playing a key role in the development of future strategy.
