Royal Society of Medicine (RSM)

ComRes was commissioned by the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) to conduct their annual membership survey, taking over from an incumbent agency. The RSM felt that it was important for a fresh perspective on how to improve member relationships.

ComRes mapped the client’s objectives against previous questionnaires to retain questions which provided valuable tracking data, but adapted other less helpful questions to maximise value gained from the research. The new survey and project management led to a quantity increase in response rate from previous years, providing the RSM with stronger analysis to help them better understand and engage with their members.
