ComRes conducts regular surveys among BALPA’s membership to understand and track current levels of satisfaction with BALPA among its members, their experience and views on a number of current issues and also what issues they would like the Association to focus on in the future.

Over the course of the study we have refined our approach to focus on pilots’ landline phones, ensuring that respondent satisfaction is maximised, and to deliver a large sample size among a small and elite audience.

Our research demonstrates what members’ most important concerns are, and enables BALPA to better align their campaign goals with members’ interests, facilitating continuing engagement with members and improvement of the services that BALPA provides. The research also gives BALPA feedback from members on their performance, and allows them to track changes over time.
