A global food and drink manufacturing company needed organisation-wide research to help shape how they informed, connected and engaged employees and line managers through their internal communications.

ComRes surveyed three separate internal groups to achieve this – employees, line managers and those in internal communications roles – allowing the client to understand views on internal communications from the perspective of those implementing them as well as those receiving them.

The findings fed directly into how the organisation developed its internal communications strategy, including the role of internal communications, channels and messaging.
