The Grantham Institute at the LSE wanted to increase policymarkers’ engagement with its research. This was critical to ensure its voice was heard in the climate change debate and meet its funding criteria
ComRes conducted research among key stakeholders to understand how they used Grantham’s website and how they accessed information on this topic in general.
Using ComRes’s recommendations, the Institute redesigned its website achieving an immediate 45% month-on-month increase in pageviews and a 25% year-on-year increase in unique visits.
This project won the 2014 Market Research Society award for public policy and social research.
