VisitBritain wanted to re-develop its corporate website to ensure that they were engaging effectively with business audiences across the tourism sector.

ComRes conducted workshops and in-depth interviews to understand their target audience’s perceptions of the site and email collateral, using other key leaders in the industry internationally as comparators.

Respondent recommendations garnered from the research led to a successful re-design of the site. As well as a more attractive design, the website architecture and content are intuitively structured for VisitBritain’s target users in the UK and overseas.
