In January 2017, we asked adults in Great Britain about their understanding of religion and its place in public life. We found that half of British adults (47%) say it is important that UK politicians and policy-makers have a good understanding of religion in the country. This rises to 52% amongst young adults aged 18-24 years old.

Partnering with Council of Christians and Jews, we’re holding a breakfast seminar in our London office to consider the importance of religious literacy in political life.
