Does your workplace encourage people of all faiths and none to thrive?
Do you have a boss who listens to you and encourages your colleagues to understand each other?
Do you feel able to bring your whole self to work?
As part of our new Faith Research Centre, ComRes is giving Belief At Work awards to employers who can demonstrate good examples of creating a workplace where belief is acknowledged and celebrated as part of many people’s lives.
Seven years on from the Equality Act 2010, our research found that many employers have made great progress in developing workplaces where many people feel included, but religion and belief remains difficult for some employers to accommodate. Faith in the workplace is the emerging diversity and inclusion issue, with huge potential to move belief from the Threat box to the Opportunity box of an organisational SWOT analysis.
