We are looking for:
- Tangible examples of good workplace leadership which recognises diversity and encourages people of all faiths and none to thrive
- Evidence of effective listening and helpful conversations in the workplace, to enable better understanding and help people work together
- Stories that show that people feel comfortable to express themselves, alongside people of different beliefs, and can bring their whole selves to work
