Dan is the day-to-day lead on ComRes’s political and media work and is responsible for the company’s regular Voting Intention research for major newspapers and broadcasters. Alongside this he works on and leads other policy and social research projects for ComRes for clients including trade unions, political parties and charities.

Prior to joining ComRes Dan worked for the Smith Institute where he was responsible the All Party Parliamentary Group on local authority pension funds. Other previous roles have been for a corporate governance advisory firm as well as a freelance journalist.

Dan has a BA in Politics from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Government, Policy and Politics from Birkbeck College, University of London.
