James’s research enables organisations to understand the opinions of those most important to them, including membership, senior stakeholders and business leaders. His research has enabled clients to take centre stage in policy debates, uphold reputations and tailor their strategies and messaging to ensure maximum impact.
Working primarily with membership organisations and the infrastructure sector, James is a trusted advisor to clients including RICS, Which? and BALPA.
James is responsible for ComRes’s local government research programmes, including research among Councillors and Council Officers.
He holds a Master’s degree in Modern History from the University of Durham.
