ComRes worked with Good Practice to help them evaluate the use of the 70:20:10 learning model beyond theoretical discussion and research, and instead explore how, when and why professionals in the Learning and Development sector are using it in practice.
For this project, ComRes undertook in-depth interviews with Learning Development professionals working in various industries across the UK, Europe and America, and across both large multi-national companies and smaller organisations. ComRes then produced summary reports outlining professional’s perceptions of 70:20:10, identifying the extent to which 70:20:10 informs strategy and delivery in the Learning and Development sector, and assessing how 70:20:10 can be used successfully and effectively in the future.
Good Practice then used this insight to produce a report addressing the practical knowledge gap on 70:20:10 research, and presented these results at their flagship event: ‘The Evolution of 70:20:10 – Will L&D Survive or Thrive?’.
