Survey of London businesses on behalf of the LCCI on their attitudes towards Uber and the decision to reject the company’s application for a new license in London
  • Businesses are divided in their attitudes towards Uber. 46% say they support TfL’s decision to reject Uber’s application for a new license, while 38% disagree.
  • However, three in five (61%) say that new technology and providers in the taxi and private hire industry have benefited businesses and consumers.
  • One in six (17%) say their business’s use of Uber has decreased since the ruling.
