New West End Company Sunday Trading Poll
Poll of 850 London retail employees regarding their attitudes towards plans to extend Sunday trading hours.

Three in five (61%) of retail employees working in London support plans to extend Sunday trading hours. A similar proportion (64%) say that extending Sunday trading hours would be a positive change.

More than seven in ten London retail employees agree that London needs more flexible trading hours to accommodate tourists' needs (77%) and its residents’ needs (74%).

Two thirds of retail employees working in London (66%) say that employees being able to opt out of working on Sundays would increase their likelihood to support plans to extend Sunday trading hours.

Methodology
ComRes surveyed 850 retail employees working in London via an online survey between the 7th and 14th December 2015. The sample comprised people working in retail stores (either in the management team, on the shop floor, or behind the scenes in store) in London. Data are unweighted as there is no known population profile for this audience.
