  • Half of British adults who don’t work over the festive period say they dread going back to work after the holidays. When asked about what they most dread about going back to work after the festive period, they most commonly select being bored within their top three, followed sitting behind a desk all day and lack of meaning.
  • A third of British adults say they are considering looking for a new job in 2020.
  • Those British adults who are considering looking for a job in 2020 most commonly say that their top three most important motivations for this are better pay, doing something more fulfilling and looking for a new challenge.

Data were weighted to be nationally representative of all British adults by key demographics including age, gender, region and social grade.
